1. Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and all accessories
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return

• Items purchased under promotional or clearance offers (unless defective)

• The refund amount will be calculated based on the Distributor Price (DP) or actual purchase value, as applicable

• Refunds are typically processed within 60 to 90 working days after product verification
• Delays may occur due to banking procedures or operational cycles

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, the order will be treated under the return policy
